The U.S. State Department says it has new images implicating Russia in the Ukrainian conflict. The images, released Sunday, appear to show what the U.S. says are artillery strikes originating on the Russian side of the border. One image purports to show impact crators around Ukrainian military locations. The State Department says the images are proof that Russian-backed separatists inside Ukraine also fired on the Ukrainian military, using weapons supplied by Russia. …read more
