Ukraine’s Embroidered Shirt ‘Mega March’

Basking in warm spring sunshine, thousands of people joined the 15th annual ”Mega March” of the vyshyvanka, or traditional embroidered shirt, in Kyiv on May 24. Amid a relaxed, holiday atmosphere, the march was followed by a free benefit concert raising funds for a hospital burns unit.
