Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has extended ban on products imported from the West which has imposed sanctions against Russia.
According to a media report, Medvedev approved an order by President Vladimir Putin to prohibit food imports for another year from Europe, the US, Canada and Australia.
The list includes fruits, vegetables, meat, poultry, fish, milk and dairy products but some Russian officials have said it could be expanded to include flowers, chocolates and canned fish.
Medvedev said the list could be changed depending on the state of relations with the European Union and other countries.
