Weeks after being sacked by President Muhammadu Buhari on 13th of July, Former Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) Air Chief Marshal Alex Badeh, yesterday, alleged that certain former Heads of State entered into unholy alliances with foreign countries that grounded the Nigerian military, but ensured the survival of their regimes.
