“On September 27, Azerbaijan began a full-fledged military operation
with a large-scale offensive in Nagorno-Karabakh, using artillery
shelling and military equipment. There are already casualties among
the civilian population. Turkey’s statement, which openly supports of
official Baku in the conflict, adds fuel to the fire. We are on the
verge of active phase of the war.
I strongly condemn the Azerbaijani military aggression. The
