Bishkek, April 26 / Kabar/. Air Bishkek suspended operations in February following a period of financial difficulties an airline official has told Russia’s Aviation Explorer news.
According to the report, the Kyrgyz carrier’s last commercial flight was in February following which its sole aircraft, A320-200 EX-32002 (cn 386), was ferried to Zhytomyr, Ukraine for maintenance.
The official states that should the carrier fail to resume flights in May, having missed an April deadline, then all may be lost.
