A spokesman for the Dutch-led international investigation into the shooting down of Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 in 2014 has told a news conference in Nieuwegein, the Netherlands, that it was shot down from separatist-held territory in Ukraine with a missile system that brought in from and then returned to Russia.
