In Kardzhali, Southern Bulgaria, the lack of workers has led to the need of hiring workforce from abroad, BNR correspondent Valya Apostolova reported. A company for the production of hydraulic cylinders in Kardzhali is the first in the district to hire foreign workers. 10 people from Ukraine have already started work there.
