Damascus, SANA- Syrian Cartoonist Raed Khalil on Tuesday won the third award of the VI International Competition of the Cartoon held recently in Ukraine with participation of a number of Cartoonists in the world.
VI International Competition of the Cartoon was held under the motto “Time is Money 2018”.
Khalil’s cartoon highlighted the US greedy to dedicate the dollar’s domination over the world economy through symbolic drawing.
Cartoonist Andrey Levchenko from Ukraine won the first award while cartoonist Mojmir Mihatov from Croatia won the second award.
