Prime Minister Boyko Borissov described the Russia-Ukraine tension as an “enormous threat” to Bulgaria. In a lecture at the Royal Diplomatic Academy of Morocco in Rabat, he compared the conflict in the Black Sea with the wars in the former Yugoslavia.
