Merkel Says No Breakthrough In Ukraine Talks

German Chancellor Angela Merkel said there was no breakthrough in talks on the Ukraine crisis with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, and Western leaders on October 17.
