“Is some other platform necessary apart from the Minsk one? If they have to redo the things they did already in the past, they will lose time and every day more people can die in Ukraine’s southeast,” noted Nikolai Samoseiko. “The venue for the negotiations does not matter in the slightest. But if the talks take place in Minsk, it may be a good idea to continue them here.
