The government Falcon airplane with Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov on board hovered for about an hour over Sofia, Wednesday evening before making a successful landing at Sofia Airport. The reason was a gear that did not close upon taking off. In such cases and for safety reasons, the plane is to fly until running our of fuel. Premier Boyko Borissov had to leave for Brussels for the EU summit on the crisis in Ukraine. Later in the evening the Prime Minister and his team left for Brussels onboard an Airbus plane. …read more
