US President Barack Obama will hold talks on Tuesday with European leaders to discuss the Ukraine crisis and global security issues, the White House said. Obama and the leaders of Britain, France, Germany and Italy, as well as the head of the European Commission, will speak by video conference at 11:30 a.m. EST, it said in a statement.
The meeting comes amid ongoing violence in Ukraine following a fragile 2-week-old ceasefire agreement.
