Moscow- Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov talked over Ukraine with his Chinese equivalent, Wang Yi, on Monday and their opinions overlapped on the condition there. The Russian Foreign Ministry said the two veto-wielding UN Security Council members would stay in close interaction on the issue, Reuters reported.
