According to a survey conducted by VTsIOM in 42 regions, seventy three percent of Russians consider Moscow should not intervene in the clash in Ukraine. Only 15 percent of those surveyed think this is doable, Interfax reported. Ninety four percent of respondents do not want the Ukrainian picture to be replicated in Russia. The survey was conducted at the beginning of February among 1600 respondents.
