A number of 300 Romanian and foreign servicemen are participating in the “Platinum Eagle 19.1” multinational exercise, a release of the National Defence Ministry (MApN) sent to AGERPRES informs.
According to the MApN, the opening ceremony of the “Platinum Eagle 19.1” training module, as part of the “Black Sea Rotational Force 19” exercise, took place at the Romanian Land Forces Secondary Training Center in Babadag, Tulcea County.
Thus, on 20 March, almost 100 soldiers of the Romanian Army and 200 servicemen of Bulgaria, Georgia, Moldova, the US and Ukraine will jointly train in view of increasing the interoperability level.
