Romania is one of the key-players in terms of the security in the Black Sea region, where, over the past years, there have been “several hybrid-type activities,” Foreign Affairs Minister Teodor Melescanu stated on Thursday in the opening of the “Atlantic-Black Sea Security Forum.”
