FBI specialist David Rodski speaks in an interview for AGERPRES of the fact that states are increasingly better prepared to combat terrorism, a phenomenon that has grown over the past years, but he admits that the reaction is still far behind. Besides military intervention, the specialist says, blocking terrorist activities is successful also due to partnerships with public organizations and communities.
