TIRANA, May 26 /ATA/- Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev said Tuesday in Tirana that Balkan borders should not be changed and should not be visible.
“As head of the Bulgaria’s rotating Presidency of the Southeastern European Cooperation Process (SEECP) SEECP, Bulgaria will have a busy agenda for stability in the Balkans,” Bulgarian President stated as he unveiled his country’s priorities for the SEECP Chairmanship term at the Summit of Heads of State and Government of the SEECP member countries held in Tirana.
