The leaders of France, Germany and Ukraine will meet in Berlin on August 24
MOSCOW /TASS/. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said he hopes French President Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel will influence Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and persuade Kiev to implement the Minsk agreements.
The leaders of France, Germany and Ukraine will meet in Berlin on August 24. “For us, the necessity of exerting additional pressure on Kiev is obvious to convince it that the agreements – those commitments that it made in Minsk on February 12 – should be implemented,” Lavrov noted.
