Today, Ukrainian websites disseminated a remarkable information about the former commander of No. 102 military base in Gyumri, Andrey Ruzinsky, that the latter has a direct involvement in the “execution of an Armenian family by a soldier of his detachment” in Gyumri. This information, according to the Ukrainian websites, was disclosed by the General Department of Investigation of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry.
