It is more expedient to increase spending on customer services rather than keep unprofitable infrastructures, Andrey Pyatakhin, Beeline Armenia CEO, told ArmInfo when commenting on possible sale of 50,000 cell towers by VimpelCom.
“No decisions have been adopted yet, we are studying the world experience in the field. If the company can have additional funds from the use of its infrastructure by other organizations, it will use that opportunity,” he explained.
