Foreign Minister of 28 countries of the European Union will gather in Luxembourg to discuss the migration crisis in Syria and Libyam as well as the relations with the Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine).
The Council will address the EU’s relations with the Eastern partners. It will focus on the best ways to take forward the Eastern Partnership, ahead of a ministerial meeting in May 2016.
