ArmInfo.The Russian government is preparing a bill to simplify citizenship, abolishing
the clause on which to obtain a passport, you must abandon the existing one, Kommersant writes.
The bill will be sent to the State Duma after agreement with the
presidential administration and may be adopted already in the spring
