Mikheil Saakashvili’s return to Georgia and to power in the context of the
upcoming parliamentary elections in that country and the strong positions of
the United National Movement in the political field?
Such scenario is little probable within the coming 4 years because of
two reasons. First, most of the Georgians still feel anger, distrust and even
