ArmInfo. Official Yerevan will
attend a special meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the
Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, which will be
held on May 21 in Istanbul under the chairmanship of Turkey. Armenian
Foreign Ministry spokesman Tigran Balayan told ArmInfo correspondent.
At the same time, he said that the level of representation of the
Armenian side will be reported additionally.
