ArmInfo.RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent a congratulatory message to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Ukraine’s Independence Day. As the press service of the RA PM reports, the message, in particular,
reads: “Dear Mr. Zelensky,
