The Operative Headquarters led by Prime Minister of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Araik Hartoutiunyan has received 1 million 193 thousand AMD, 1 million USD, 7,700 EUR, and 13 million rubles as of April 10.
The donations will be spent on arming the NKR Defense Army. The Operative Headquarters is engaged in distribution of the food aid to the frontline and evacuated civilians.
