Konstantin Zatulin in the international forum in Stepanakert caused a
diplomatic scandal. The Azerbaijani authorities, angered by
Zatulin’s speech at the forum, sent an official note of protest to
the Russian Foreign Ministry.
According to APA with reference to the Azerbaijani Embassy in Russia,
an official note was sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the
Russian Federation expressing concern of the Azerbaijani side in
connection with the participation of Zatulin at events in Artsakh.
