president of Georgia Mikhail Saakashvili, on the air of the Archevani

“There were several oligarchs behind Sargsyan, plus Russian oligarchs
of Armenian origin who controlled everything in Armenia, and almost
half of the Armenian population was expelled artificially because
there were no opportunities in the country,” Saakashvili said.
