ArmInfo.The National Security Service of Armenia in 2017 identified and prevented the ways of organizing illegal migration, through which criminal groups of foreign citizens, through the provision of false documents and information, tried to smuggle citizens of Armenia, Iran, Ukraine, Middle East and Central Asian (Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan) countries through Armenia to the countries of the Schengen zone, the USA, Turkey and other states.
According to the NSC, members of the group also organized illegal immigrants to receive temporary accommodation in Armenia through the provision of false documents and information.
