Volodymyr Zelensky at a briefing in the Chernivtsi region on Friday,
where he is on a working visit,. TASS reports.
Zelensky also said that Kiev calls on the conflicting parties –
Armenia and Azerbaijan – to dialogue with the aim of de-escalating
