ArmInfo. Veon Telecommunication Holding (owns VimpelCom, the Beeline brand) is
negotiating with the Ucom operator about the possible sale of its
business in Armenia, the Kommersant newspaper reported citing the
company’s press service. “These negotiations may or may not have the
result of a deal. Veon will inform about updates if they are in
accordance with the requirements,” the holding said in a statement.
Veon owns assets in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan,
Uzbekistan, Armenia, Georgia, Tajikistan, Algeria, Pakistan and
