Lidia Yermoshina confirmed that sometimes citizens of Russia, who are allowed to vote in municipal elections, are sent invitations to cast their votes. “But citizens of Russia just like citizens of Ukraine are perfectly aware of the fact that they cannot cast votes in a presidential election in Belarus.
