BERLIN — Nine people have died and 40 were injured when several buses crashed on a German highway near the eastern city of Dresden, police said Saturday.The crash, which happened about 2 a.m. Saturday, involved a Polish bus, a Ukrainian bus and a Polish minibus, said police spokesman Lutz Zoellner.
