Washington, August 2: United States President Donald Trump on Wednesday morning signed into a law that levies new sanctions against Russia, news agency AFP reported quoting White House. The law also restricts Donald Trump’s own ability to ease sanctions in place against Moscow, a White House official was quoted by CNN.
