A pro-Russian group in Ukraine calling themselves the “Kharkiv Partisans” issued a threat this week to execute five Ukrainian citizens for every Soviet monument torn down as part of a recent law passed by the Ukrainian parliament that banned Soviet and Nazi imagery and ordered all related monuments to be liquidated, Newsweek reported Thursday.
