Among the neighboring countries, Kazakhstan has the best indexes by ranking 41st, Tajikistan is located in the 106th line, Uzbekistan occupies 152nd position.
Kyrgyzstan’s rank is ahead of such countries as Russia (107th ), Belarus (108th), Ukraine (150th) and Turkmenistan (169th).
