According to the National Sustainable Development Strategy of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2013-2017, Kyrgyzstan should take certain places by 2017 on four ratings.
These are:
1) Ease of Doing Business
2) The Global Enabling Trade Index
3) The index of Economic Freedom
4) Corruption Perceptions Index
Thus, in accordance with the Strategy by 2017, Kyrgyzstan should enter 40 countries on the Ease of Doing Business. However, in the World Bank’s Ease of Doing Business 2015 Rank, Kyrgyzstan is on the 67th place out of 185 countries, and is among the 60 per cent of countries with the average.
