SC dismiss petitions to declare elections 2013 null and void
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A three member bench of supreme Court (SC) headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Nasirul Mulk constituting Justice Ameer Haani Muslim and Justice Ejaz Chaudhry, on Wednesday, dismissed the petitions to declare elections 2013 null and void.Justice Nasirul Mulk remarked that nothing in the petition is on record and they cannot consider accusations as record.Conducting investigation is not SC’s task, he added.He said no decision could be made without hearing out the members of the assembly and that these issues have nothing to do with the court.
