MOSCOW (Reuters) – Warships from Russia’s Black Sea Fleet have taken up position off Crimea’s western coastline to help strengthen the peninsula’s air defenses in response to the start of Ukrainian missile tests nearby, the RIA news agency reported on Thursday.
