President Armen Sarkissian has congratulated Volodymyr Zelensky on his victory in the Ukrainian presidential election.
“I am sure that development of relations between Armenia and Ukraine is in the interests of our countries and publics, and the Armenian-Ukrainian relations must be upgraded to a new level through joint effort, for the good of our publics tied with centuries-long friendship,” the president’s message held.
