The trajectory of the so-called power transition in Russia is outlining. Putin suggested amending the Constitution clauses on the division of executive, legislative and judicial powers. Hence, the powers of the president are limited and some powers are shared between two chambers of the Duma, particularly the powers relating to appointment of the prime minister, cabinet and security agencies.
