Rabat – Forbes, the American business magazine, ranked for the third time Russian President Vladimir Putin the “world’s most powerful person” in its 2015 rankings published Wednesday.
“He’s one of the few men in the world powerful enough to do what he wants –and get away with it,” the magazine underlined.
Despite the international sanctions set in place by the EU and the US after he seized Crimea, Putin’s popularity was not damaged. “His approval ratings reached an all-time high of 89 percent,” Forbes highlighted.
