SWIFT CURRENT, Sask. — Brad Wall’s personal popularity was one of the biggest factors in his coasting to a third straight term as premier of Saskatchewan.
The Saskatchewan Party’s campaign featured just a handful of promises and instead focused on its leader as the province’s promoter around the world and defender of its interests back home.
