The “extraordinary” meeting of the EU foreign ministers on Russia and Ukraine, called by the capitals in order to put pressure on the Kremlin, ended with no new measures being announced. The conclusions of the meeting speak only of the prolongation of the current visa and asset freeze list until September, while promising new names in one week, which seems to be only a way of gaining time. …read more
