Russian authorities are examining the possibility of imposing an airspace ban against all European airlines that fly above Russia, in retaliation for EU sanctions that have targeted Russia’s low-cost airline Dobrolyot, which operates flights to Crimea, the Ukrainian territory annexed by Russia in March.
