Tsvetana Pironkova started with a victory her tenth participation in the tennis Masters tournament of Miami Open. She won over Katerina Kozlova, Ukraine by 6:4, 6:3. Pironkova had so far no victory in the professional tour for more than a month now. Her next opponent will be Flavia Pennetta, Italy, placed under No. 15 in the tournament draw.
