Ukraine is set to make a case against Russia in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague on Monday, AFP reported.
Ukraine formally submitted its complaints to the judicial arm of the U.N. in January, when it accused Russia of providing “financial, armed and human” support to separatist fighters in eastern Ukraine and of discriminating against minorities in Crimea, which Russia annexed in 2014.
Ukraine would like to see Russia “fully compensate for the damage caused by any act of terrorism which the Russian Federation caused, facilitated or favored,” the AFP report said.
